Common Sense Media says

"Threequel" raises dysfunction and danger to a new level.

What parents need to know

Parents need to know that The Hangover Part III is the final chapter in the ongoing saga about friends who find themselves caught up in all sorts of over-the-top mischief, with disastrous consequences. When Phil (Bradley Cooper), Doug (Justin Bartha), and Stu (Ed Helms) hit the road to take Alan (Zach Galifianakis) to get treatment at a mental facility after his father's death, a wrong turn turn results in Doug being kidnapped -- and an epic onslaught of trouble. Series regular Ken Jeong is back, Heather Graham reappears as a  Vegas stripper, and Melissa McCarthy and John Goodman join in the mayhem, too. Expect tons of strong language, violence, danger, alcohol and drug use, possible sex and nudity, and other very mature content.
